I created The Meditation Club after healing from anxiety using Meditation. I realised it was an undeniably powerful tool.

After studying and practicing Buddhism for the past decade and working with coaching clients around the world, it’s my intention to create a space where anyone can come and receive Meditation teachings plus get the coaching support you need to stick with it!

Who Am I?

Hey! I’m Sarah. I’ve been studying & practicing Buddhism, Wellness and Relationship Coaching for the past decade and have worked with clients all over the world to calm their mind, understand themselves and create harmonious relationships.

My current Masters in Psychotherapy allows me to deepen my knowledge of Western Psychology, so you’re getting the best of the East and West!

The changes I’ve experienced since learning to meditate have been profound - from overcoming anxiety and depression to letting go of negative self-image, my every day experience of the world is completely transformed.

It’s my overwhelming desire to share this ancient knowledge and practice, so you too can overcome your fears, awaken your heart and live the life you were born for.
